I’m a certified integral development coach with 13 years of coaching experience. I’ve worked with individuals personally, and in sectors like finance, retail, marketing and education to help leaders overcome the biggest challenges they face.

What you will get from me

 I believe that real change happens when my clients don’t just focus on one barrier in front of them, but when they look more deeply into what’s going on in their wider lives. I’ve found the struggles they face are often built up from experiences and decisions made over time.

This ethos is at the heart of my coaching practice.  And it is this that has led to my clients having transformational breakthroughs and creating real lasting change in their lives.

To help you create real change, I will help you explore more than what appears on the surface coaching issue. I will:

  • gently encourage you to look more deeply into how you live your life, including your friendships and relationships, work, self-care and choices you make

  • offer you tailored coaching that is unique to you and your personal circumstances

  • use deep, powerful coaching techniques like narratives and metaphor to help you see where you are now and how different life could be

  • help you develop the ability to see your challenges more clearly, and use that awareness to help you navigate life with greater ease and flow

  • give you personal, daily practices and techniques to support you on your journey of growth.

  • give you a clear vision of the purpose and outcome of the coaching
